Administrator Samantha Power announced the Agency is exploring how partner countries— including Colombia, Kosovo, and Zambia—can transform the way their citizens connect with their governments with similar tools. With funding to jumpstart the process, USAID is expanding its commitment to advance access to digital public goods and encouraging countries to adopt technologies that promote democracy, reduce corruption, and foster citizen engagement.
